Well like so many other moms out there I am trying to get back in shape. I'm not completely out of shape, I worked out all the way through my pregnancy and I still have cuts in the right places. However I have this annoying tummy flab. Yep the stuff that gets all stretched out from being preggars. My challenge isn't so much motivation or interest, it's time! I can make time during the day if I have to, but the kids always have some need that comes up and I have to break to take care of it. I've tried using nap time as that, but then I'm so tired that I sleep right next to the kids. What I'm going to try is waking up at 7 since the kiddos sleep later. Then (hopefully) I'll be able to get in my own quiet time, work out time and maybe, just maybe a shower (something else I'm still working on).
